Skin is the largest organ in your body. From my school days some were used to say they want to increase their skin tone.Really i don't care about skin color. yes,care must taken to skin. But however i m writing this blog for those who wants to increase their color complexity.

Due to busy schedule we forgot to take care of our skin. The first step starts from washing your face regularly because it removes dirt particles from your face. Keeping your skin clean is the essential step in healthy skin.

we often have situation of going out in the sun. The sun rays may affect your skin severely. So before explore yourself in sun use sunscreen. Moisture your skin daily. When your skin is moisturized, it avoids from dry skin, aging and wrinkles. Buy a moisturizer contains vitamin E. Apply moisturizer after showering with warm water.

Eat a skin healthy diet. Eating plenty of fish,eggs and vegetables and fruits can increase your skin color .Exercise regularly. I personally recommend you to avoid chemical creams applying in your face.The key to applying makeup is to make your skin appear as if you aren't wearing any.
